Saro is a cinnamon oil with a fresh, almost citrus note. Saro is proving very effective against some of the nasty microbes. It is far less medicinal smelling and is often chosen over tea tree.
Recent studies indicate that Saro may be effective against a wide range of bacterial strains including E coli, which is responsible for urinary tract infections and meningitis. Saro should be diluted either with a carrier oil, or water if there is a fear that the larger molecules and the carrier oil may feed the fungus or bacteria.
